Lodge General Rules:

Check In Times:  1400 hrs to 2100 hrs
Early arrivals can be accommodated by storing luggage  in secure facility
Occupation of rooms will only be from 1400 hrs. 

Check Out Time: 1100 hrs
Breakfast are served from 07h00 to 9h30am.
Early breakfasts will be served with prior notice.
Early Morning trips to Park are catered for by supplying packed breakfasts.

Reservations \ Cancelations:

All reservations will require a 50% deposit which will be refunded in part or in full if cancelled timeously.
Within 21 days – full refund
Within 14 days – 50% refund
Within 7 days – Not refunded 

Additional Accommodation:
All Children under 3 years sharing with parents, free of charge. Cots are available on request.
Over 3 there is as charge of R100 per night per child.
Only some of the rooms can accommodate extra sleeping for children. 

Ancillary Costs:
All purchases will be charged and billed separately.

Pets:
Unfortunately no pets are allowed.

Visa and Master Cards are accepted.
